Description of the tour
This is the most advanced Heli Canyoning tour we offer. We do accept participants with no previous experience but you must possess excellent physical fitness and should have no problem at all with height and moving water.
After a breathtaking helicopter flight over Abraham Lake, the adrenaline will be pumping as you enjoy a hot landing on the ridge of our canyon with 360-degree scenic views!
The helicopter approach allows us access to some of the best canyons in the Rockies. Be prepared for a challenge and sceneries that will leave you in gobsmacked.
We guide in a multitude of canyons that allow us to operate for most of the season. We usually plan the trip the day before, but ultimately decide in the morning what canyon we will run on the day.
This decision will depend on the weather and canyon conditions of the day as well as your skills and expectations. If you want to descend a specific canyon, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

Everyone has their own comfort level, and our guides love to encourage participants to challenge their fears by facilitating a safe and supportive environment.

The approach to the canyon is often the most tiring part of the day. Expect a 1km hike at a slight incline finishing with a short steep section. We will return to the car along the same trail at the end of the day. The canyon descent itself is not very strenuous
